At Howl Crafts, we take pride in creating custom products tailored to your specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our items, all sales are final once production has begun. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for products after this point.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order by emailing us at orders@howlcrafts.com or utilizing our contact us page. Cancellations requested after this 48-hour window may not be possible if production has already started.
